Return Policy for Toys for Decks

At Toys for Decks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at toysfordicks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization, as this may delay your refund.


4. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at toysfordicks@gmail.com.
